What are my payment options?

We accept payments by card, bank transfer or Co-Mac Account.

How to track my order?

You will receive an email from us once your order is confirmed by our warehouse team. This will include a copy of your invoice and a link to track your order.

How do I cancel or change my order?

If you need to change or cancel an order, please call us on 06 350 0015 as soon as possible.
Our warehouse team works very quickly, and many orders are packed and dispatched within 10 minutes of being confirmed.

How long does the delivery take?

  • Urban deliveries: Orders placed by 4pm are dispatched the same day with an overnight ticket

  • Rural deliveries: Please allow an extra 2–3 working days.

  • Long items (truck delivery): Oversized items sent by truck may take 3–5 working days to arrive.

We’ll send you tracking details once your order has left our warehouse so you can follow its progress.
